Dr. Angélica S. Gutiérrez is an associate professor of management at Loyola Marymount University who has been recognized as one of the “World’s Best 40 Under 40 Business School Professors” by Poets&Quants. Her research explores the impact of imposter syndrome, the importance of negotiations and inclusive workplace policies for recruitment and retention, and women and ethnic minority representation in business leadership. Her work has been featured in Inc. Magazine and NBC News.
Dr. Gutiérrez earned her BA in political science and sociology with honors from UCLA, her MPP from the University of Michigan, and her Ph.D. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Gutiérrez is a paid member of the Red Ventures Education Integrity Network.
