For over 15 years, Carly Catanese, DPT, has worked in various fitness and healthcare settings as a personal trainer, exercise physiologist, and doctor of physical therapy (DPT) specializing in outpatient orthopedics. She holds a second doctorate in manual therapy (DMT) and has also pursued STOTT PILATES rehab training.
She takes a holistic approach to wellness, creating long-lasting relationships with clients. With an emphasis on restoring optimal movement, she looks beyond the location of pain and what initially drove her clients to seek services. She appreciates the fact everyone comes with “medical baggage.” Her whole-body approach to physical therapy and wellness helps clients achieve long-lasting improvements in pain, function, and mobility.
Catanese is a paid member of the Red Ventures freelance Education Integrity Network.
