Norma Feriz-Gordon

Norma Feriz-Gordon is a New York state certified, bilingual, professional school counselor currently serving in New York City and working with students and families in a 9-12 grade school setting.


Norma has worked with cross-functional teams across hundreds of NYC schools to address matriculation milestones, improve school culture, and establish partnerships to support students and families in the postsecondary planning process within her former role on the College and Career Planning Team with the Office of Postsecondary Readiness within the central office in the NYC Department of Education.


Norma is also an adjunct instructor at New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development in the applied psychology department.


Norma is a paid member of the Red Ventures Education Integrity Network.
