OUHSC's bachelor's in radiation sciences suits clinicians with certification in radiography, radiation therapy, sonography, or nuclear medicine. If you enroll full time and begin the BS in medical imaging and radiation sciences in the fall semester, you can finish in 18 months. MD Anderson's online BS in diagnostic imaging offers a choice of five concentrations, including computed tomography, MRI, or education. The other two concentrations are computed tomography with vascular interventional radiography and management. A radiology technology program prepares you for healthcare jobs that involve direct patient care. Common jobs in this field include radiology administrator, radiologic and MRI technologist, cardiovascular technician, and diagnostic medical sonographer.
