Ebony M. Simpson, CNM, has eight years of experience working as a certified nurse midwife. Her passion for midwifery started with her own experience at the Brooklyn Birthing Center. Shortly after, she finished her BA in journalism and returned to school to study midwifery. She earned a BSN at Emory University and an MSN at Frontier Nursing University. Since graduating in 2017, she’s cared for pregnant people in their homes and in birth centers, and she is currently leading the obstetrical care of low to moderate-risk clients in a community hospital with a collaborative team of midwives and physicians.
