Grant Walker, PharmD, is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist who has been practicing since 2010. He has experience in ambulatory care and long-term care pharmacy. His main passion is optimizing medication use based on current evidence and guidelines.
Walker attended Oregon State University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Washington for his doctorate in pharmacy.
Walker is a paid member of the Red Ventures Education Integrity Network.
